The Outdoor Lounge Co. currently ships only to destinations in the USA. We are continually working to expanding our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.

Delivery Timelines

Each Fire Feature, Pavilion, and Seating Collection is prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. Our delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Fire Pits & Patio Heaters: Shipped within 7–10 business days.

  • Pavilions, Pizza Ovens & Large Seating Sets: Shipped within 15–20 business days.

Please note: A precise, estimated shipping window for your specific order will be provided at checkout. Timelines may vary based on your location and current stock levels.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

Our White-Glove Delivery Service

Due to their size and weight, all our Pavilions, large Fire Tables, and Seating Collections are delivered via a specialized freight carrier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our White-Glove Service includes:

  • Scheduled Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.

  • Placement of Choice Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your desired outdoor location—be it your patio, deck, backyard, or garage.

  • Unpacking & Inspection: The delivery team will unpack your new pieces and remove all packaging debris, allowing you to inspect your order immediately.

Real-Time Order Tracking

The moment your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a real-time tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery's journey. For freight shipments, this link will show progress to your local delivery hub, after which the carrier will call to schedule the final delivery appointment.
